Winery Guidelines

We’re excited to have you visit Northern Hollow Winery and want everyone to enjoy their time here. To help make that happen, we ask that all guests follow a few simple guidelines. Respecting these guidelines helps our staff stay focused on creating a pleasant experience for everyone.

General Guidelines

  • Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We don’t take reservations.
  • If your group has more than 15 people or you are planning a celebration with gifts or cake, please reach out to Suzy Molitor at suzym@northernhollowwinery.com ahead of time.
  • Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, except for baby or toddler food.
  • Please don’t pick the grapes.
  • Avoid going near any water features or ponds for safety reasons. Do not throw rocks or other items into the water.
  • We ask that all guests behave respectfully. Loud or disruptive behavior isn’t allowed.
  • Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
  • Discrimination of any kind—based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation—is not tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to ask guests to leave or contact authorities if these guidelines are violated.

Families with Children

  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Kids should not sit or stand at the bar.
  • Running, climbing, or damaging property is strictly prohibited.
  • Please clean up after your children.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—thank you from the Truehart Family, our staff, and fellow guests.


Dog Policy

  • Dogs are welcome outdoors but not inside buildings. Avoid bringing dogs that bark.
  • Keep your dog on a leash and clean up after them.
  • Please don’t leave pets in vehicles.


Parking

  • Please park in designated areas. Only use grassy areas if the main lot is full.


Cannabis & Smoking

  • We do not allow the use of marijuana or THC products on the property. Our goal is to maintain a safe, family-friendly atmosphere.
  • Smoking cannabis is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
